JAYBEE SEBASTIAN: SI HERBERT COLANGCO ANG `UNTOUCHABLE`, HINDI AKO

The testimony of convicted Jaybee Sebastian at the House justice committee on Monday, October 10 denied his 'untouchable' image inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) instead saying that his old friend and inmate Herbert Colangco is the most 'powerful' man inside the penitentiary.

Sebastian said that Herbert Colangco alias "Ampang" is the most powerful man because his capability to bring contraband and hold a concert inside the penitentiary.

"Gusto kong pasinungalingan ang paratang na ako ay untouchable dahil kay De Lima. Ang totoo ay si Colanggo ang malakas sa Bureau of Corrections at kay De Lima," Sebastian said.

"Dahil dito, kaya niyang magpasok ng mga gamit at nagpasimula ng sugal. Kasabay nito ang maraming concert ni Colanggo at pagpasok ng mga beer," he added.

"Ito ang dahilan kaya nakapagsagawa pa ng music album si Ampang na nag-platinum record pa," Sebastian also said.

According to Sebastian, Colangco is helding concerts weekly which involved the bringing in of two to three 10-wheeler trucks inside the NBP and Colangco would bring 300-500 fans and hand P500 each one of them.

Sebastian also said that Colanggo has a special connection with De Lima.

"Malakas daw si Ampang kay De Lima dahil kapartido niya ang nobya ni Ampang na si Nova Paruhinog at ama nito."
